These are the strong words that got implanted on my mind by my late uncle. It was on his son's wedding dinner, I was looking for some air, & he happened to spot me at a corner. He came up to me, donned in his nicely fitted suit and pants. "Alvin?" He asked while approaching me. "What seems to be the matter?"

I used to have heaps of problems. School, family & even girls at a very young age back then. I spilled it all to him that night, like I was shooting melon seeds. He suddenly placed me on a sit, and started to take me on a story I will never, ever, ever forget in this life.

Do you believe that life's a book?" He started. "Every action we do, every sin committed, every sin corrected, every kind, every evil, they are all recorded in this book. Let's say its your LIFE'S JOURNAL. The first page will be your birth day. And the last, will be when you past on. So think carefully, how do you want to write this book? How do you want this book to turn out?"

Huh? I don't get what you mean, uncle." I probed, confused.

Ok let's take this moment for an example. Me talking to you, Alvin, will be recorded on this certain page. & One day, either you or I will flip back to this page & read everything here to someone else, & it will be written on their own page. Everything you do in life, until the day you die, will be here. And one day, someone; anyone, will take up your book, and read your story to someone else."

With that, we ended our conversation. But I never thought it would be our last.
The day after the wedding, he slipped in the toilet & hit his head. & now he's gone.
